2011 and a Brand New Life

As we’ve just finished celebrating the Christmas season, literally millions of people in East Africa today are celebrating a brand new life. They have come to know Jesus Christ personally over the past year through Reaching Souls International. Even though we most likely won’t meet any of those folks this side of Heaven, we can be certain that the celestial angels celebrated quite often in 2010 as men, women, and children from Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe have heard the Good News and have joyfully accepted God’s matchless gift . . . personally . . . just as those shepherds near Bethlehem did so many years ago when Jesus was born.

Well over 3 million Africans received God’s most precious gift in 2010 as our team of over 800 pastors and evangelists have presented that timeless Truth—the Good News of the Savior—more than 100,000 times in the open air marketplaces of 50,000 villages of Africa. Those new believers have just celebrated Christmas in a brand new way in 3,000 newly-planted churches and countless other venues where Jesus Christ, God’s beloved Son, is worshipped as the King of kings and Lord of lords.

On behalf of our committed pastors, those joyful new believers in Africa, and the entire staff of Reaching Souls International, we thank God for the faithful partnership of His people in the wonderful privilege of sharing His love with people whose final destiny was eternally changed in 2010.

We pray that the love of Jesus will be yours in a rich and personal way as you begin this brand new year. May your life be engulfed in His joy and may His peace light each day as you follow Him.

There ARE stupid etsquions, but there are also etsquions that are presented to make us check our own positions on certain issues.
