Christian ministries adhere to principles of responsible

Council
Reaching Souls' Ministerial Advisory
Council provides spiritual counsel and support for the
ministry. It is made of pastors and evangelists
with a reputation for strong leadership and integrity.

Reaching Souls' Constituency Mandates
These
are the organizational constituents that we identified
for Reaching Souls International. We define constituent as anyone who
has a stake in what we do - groups or organizations
which effect or are affected by us. The ministry has
responsibilities to a wide range of individuals and
constituencies. We must meet or exceed our obligations
and their expectations.
To
our Lord:
We must listen and obey; model His ways,
methods, character, and work to fulfill the Great
Commission.
To
donors (individuals, corporations, foundations,
churches, and other organizations):
We must communicate our gratefulness for
their gifts, report regularly and fully regarding the
use and status of their gifts, encourage their
continuing involvement, and provide them with a strong
return on their investment.
To
our Board of Directors:
We must keep the Board informed regarding the operation
and management of the ministry; seek its guidance; and
follow its policies. We must operate with integrity,
efficiency, effectiveness, enthusiasm, focus, and a high
level of commitment.
To
our national missionaries:
We must provide support, training, prayer,
encouragement, and the tools enabling them to do their
job.
To
the IAM leadership:
We must provide leadership, training, and respond
appropriately to their needs.
To
the pastors and evangelists we train:
They need our support, encouragement,
commitment, quality training, and multiplication format.
To
new believers:
We must provide Bibles, follow-up,
opportunity for baptism, discipleship, and church
membership with a Reaching Souls trained pastor.
To
the ministry staff:
We must treat each other with respect; set realistic and
appropriate performance expectations, provide
recognition of achievements; compensate appropriately;
communicate openly and freely with one another; and
provide a working environment that promotes work-related
growth and development and that fosters employee health
and well-being. We must be committed to pray for them
and provide leadership and vision.
