Alisha has been with Reaching Souls International since June 2007.  As the missions assistant she is responsible for monthly reports that all International Pastors employed by Reaching Souls International send. The reports include the number of salvation decisions, baptisms, church starts, open air meetings, bible studies, men discipled and one-on-one contacts. Alisha works with the Northern countries that Reaching Souls International works in. The Northern countries include: Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. This includes working with all directors and associate directors in these countries by communicating with them and helping meet all the needs of our employed African Pastors. She also plans for all mission trips that Reaching Souls International takes overseas.

 

Alisha is also the assistant to our Director of International Missions, Wayne Fagala.

 

Alisha is involved in her church youth group, helping with the High School Students. She feels that God is calling her to the mission field either here in the United States or somewhere oversees. Right now she is serving where the Lord has her at this time.

 

Alisha went to Lusaka, Zambia in 2003, Tororo, Uganda in 2004, Kigali, Rwanda in 2005, and Arusha, Tanzania in 2006. Each trip was a new adventure in seeing how God works in awesome ways to do His will!

Lauren works with the southern countries that Reaching Souls International works in. The southern countries include: Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This includes working with all directors and associate directors in these countries by communicating with them and helping meet all the needs of our employed African Pastors. She also plans for all mission trips that Reaching Souls International take oversees.

 

Lauren is also the assistant to our Director of International Missions, Wayne Fagala.

Lauren is involved in her church and several other ministries that target young people. The ministries teach them how to be and make disciples for Jesus Christ. She has always felt a call to be in the ministry and is very grateful for this job and the opportunity it brings to be a part of seeing thousands come to Jesus Christ.  Lauren hopes to be on the mission field herself one day.

 

Lauren went to Kigali, Rwanda in 2005. That trip fulfilled a lifelong dream for Lauren and she would recommend going on a project to anyone who has a heart to see the lost won for Christ and to see faithful pastors and their wives trained how to affectively reach their nation for Christ.
